We started out with a 10 player Mordheim battle royal as the main event. Each player took control of one character, with the evil side coming out victorious in the end! Piled on top of that, we had plenty of Bloodbowl games going on, along with some Magic the Gathering and a few Warhammer 40,000 players duking it out. To round out the day, we had our Rifts RPG group play another session of their campaign.

Another big event. Our organizer ran another great event! Here are some pics and look for another one coming soon.
In the evening, we had a full gaming area with the Rifts RPG group, two bloodbowl games, a group playing a board game, and a couple guys playing a Warhammer Fantasy battle with their new Skaven army.

Wednesday, February 17th, 2010Well, yesterday, our local press ganger (privateer press demo person) was kind enough to stop in and get a newer Warmachine player a little warmed up for his Adpeticon tournament.
Today we had a couple Bloodbowl games. First was mine, and man, I had it in the bag, but my opponent was able to knock the ball away and huck it down field away from me, ruining my chance to score at the end of the 2nd half. Now it is OT and he had to get going, so we will finish another day. ARGH! the suspense is killing me.
Second game is still going on, but near the end of a 1-0 match.
I must say that the GW Bloodbowl rules are very consice, compared to say Mordheim. I love Mordheim, but there are too many rules questions that crop up that are hard to define. Bloodbowl has none of that. I always have fun when we run a league here!
Birthday Party and Bloodbowl

During the day Jerry F. had his birthday celebration here! He and his buddies played a big Warhammer 40k game, and then watched a Doctor Who episode on the big screen! Good times! See the pic of his game above!
Later in the day, we played bloodbowl games for the league! I got my first game in and fell behind early, but then pummled my opponent for the OT win. Lots of casualties caused and 3 level ups for me! Woo Hoo! See the pics of my team!
